Solution Education & Travel is a cultural exchange agency previously known as Solution AuPair&+, 2020 has been for us a year of changes, we changed our office’s add and our agency’s name. Still dedicated to providing families from France with au pairs from foreign countries and recruiting young French students who want to travel abroad in various cultural exchange programs such as au pair, demi pair, interns, language classes, volunteering. Our families are located all over France.
The agency’s team has significant experience in international exchanges, childcare and management. Combining a high level of services with a flexible and modern business style.
Since 2003 in International Business, the owner Annie Deroo needed to find a way to cope with both her family and professional lives.
Wiser for her own au pair experience in the USA in the 80s she decided to host an au pair to take care of her own children. Knowing the difficulties of coping with a family and a professional life she decided to create Solution AuPair&+, the first cultural exchange agency in the north of Paris.
The reputation of the agency has grown rapidly and continues to improve; it became wise to offer more outbound programs to our clients; this is the main reason why we decided to change the name of the agency to Solution Education & Travel. Of course, our team and dedication remain the same to you.
Our international partner agencies appreciate the reliability of our selected applicants and our back-up service for families as well as applicants.
Solution Education & Travel is member of IAPA since 2005 and of UFAAP (Union Française des Agences Au Pair) since 2006. We are a recognised Icef agent.
Since July 2010 the operational Office is located in Berlin Prenzlauerberg.
